Facilitation and Training

I have a long history of face-to-face customer experience assessing training needs, designing strategy, building course material and assessing the outcomes.  For example; pre-build interviews, delivering training to clients, engaging appropriate resources (online or experts), implementing surveys and roundtables, monitoring the change in performance indicators.

I have extensive experience of facilitating meetings and group discussions across multiple seniority levels with a breadth of topics and outcomes and have been a presenter, panel member and panel host at industry and in-house events, with 100+ delegates.
